A holiday special dish in our house. A must try dish and this goes perfectly with rice and dal. The speciality of this kabab is its moist and juicy to eat yet crispy when you bite into it. If you marinate and freeze mutton in advance, its a matter of minutes before you shallow fry these irresistible mutton slices, delicately balanced by spices. Served with rumali roti, lemon wedges and onion rings, this dish is fit to be served to royals. Try this recipe and let me know in the comments how it turned out.
