INGREDIENTS:
For the outer layer:
*White bread crumbs- 2 cups
*Milk powder- 1 cup
*Sugar powder- 3 tbsp
*Milk- 1/2 cup
*Ghee- 2 tsp
For the inside part:
*Soft jelly candies- 10-12
(Such jellies are easily available at any store)
PROCEDURE:
*In a large bowl, add all the ingredients for the outer layer except milk.
*Mix the ghee well with the powdered ingredients.
*Now milk gradually as required and knead into a tight yet soft dough.
*Cover it with a soft clean cloth for 10 mins.
*Now take a small portion of the dough and flatten it on your palm.
*Make sure you grease clean hands with some ghee.
*Now place a jelly on the flattened dough.
*Cover the jelly with the sides like you take the dough together for a paratha.
*Now roll it gently so that it gets a crack-free smooth finish.
