Bhuna murgh (Chicken dry roast)

Love boneless chicken.. So try this new and easy tasty bhuna murgh. Made with the basic kitchen spices is sure to make to go drooling over it. Try this recipe and let me know in the comments how it turned out.
INGREDIENTS:
*Boneless chicken- 500 gms (cut into bite size pieces)
*Onion- 1 nos (large, finely chopped) 
*Green onions- 1 cup (finely chopped)
*Ginger-garlic paste- 1 tsp
*Salt- to taste
*Red chilli powder- 1 tsp 
*Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
*Juice of 1 lemon
*Coriander powder- 1 tsp
*Zeera powder- 1/2 tsp
*Tomato- 2 (large, finely chopped)
*Cooking oil- 1 tbsp
*Curry leaves- 1 sprig
*Coriander leaves- 1 tbsp (finely chopped)

PROCEDURE:
*Heat oil in a thick-bottomed kadhai, crackle mustard seeds in it.
*Add curry leaves and when it splutters, add chicken pieces and salt.
*Saute on a high flame for 2 minutes.
*Now add onion and tomato.
*Keep stirring on a high flame for 2 more minutes.
*Add all the dry spices and mix well.
*Cook on a slow flame till done.
*Add green onions and give a good stir.
*Sprinkle coriander leaves and lemon juice to it.
*Serve hot with Kulcha or paratha.
*Tastes equally good with plain rice and dal.
