Maggi.... this word is enough to describe our emotions. Like just everyone else, we too are obsessed with maggi and are always ready to try new recipes in it. Try this winter-special spicy maggi and let me know in the comments how it turned out.
INGREDIENTS:
*Maggi along with the taste maker- 2 blocks
*oil- 2 tbsp
*Jeera- 1 tsp
*Tej patta- 1 no.
*Onion- 1/4 cup (finely chopped)
*Tomatoes- 2 nos (finely chopped)
*Salt- 1/4 tsp
*Red chili powder- 1/2 tsp
*Jeera powder- 1/4 tsp
*Water- to cook maggi
*Finely chopped coriander leaves- 1 tbsp
PROCEDURE:
*Heat oil in a pan, add jeera and tej patta and allow to splutter.
*Add onions and cook until translucent.
*Now add salt and tomatoes and allow to cook till mushy.
*Now add red chili powder, jeera powder, maggi tastemaker, coriander leaves.
*Saute for a few secs.
*Now add water and let it come to a rolling boil.
*Now add maggi blocks and allow to cook.
*The tip to get perfect maggi is that let it cook till 80% done, and then switch off the flame and cover it for 10 mins.
*Now open it and you'll have perfect maggi which is neither dry nor too soupy and perfectly cooked.
