The most irresistible fusion, Chilli Garlic Maggi with scrambled eggs. I love experimenting with food and when it comes to maggi, I love to try new variations of it and here we are. Try this unique combo and let us know in the comments how it turned out.
INGREDIENTS:
*Maggi- 2 cubes
*Oil- 1 tbsp
*Onion- Finely chopped
*Ginger garlic paste- 1/2 tsp
*Salt- 1/4 tsp
*Chaat masala- 1/2 tsp
For the paste:
*Tomato- 1 no.
*Dry red chillies- 3 nos
For Scrambled eggs:
*Eggs- 2 nos
*Salt- to taste
*Black pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
PROCEDURE:
*Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions and cook till translucent.
*Now add ginger garlic paste and the prepared spicy paste.
*Saute well for 5 mins.
*Now add salt and chaat masala.
*Now add water required to cook maggi and let it come to a boil.
*Now add the maggi cubes and the tastemaker sachets.
*Cook till the maggi is done and then cover it after switching off the flame.
*For scrambled eggs, we need eggs obviously.
*Heat some oil in a pan and add eggs, salt and pepper.
*Mix well and scramble while cooking the eggs on low flame.
*Serve hot chilli garlic maggi with scrambled eggs on top.
