INGREDIENTS:
*Coriander seeds- 3 tbsp
*Shah Zeera- 3 tbsp
*Zeera- 1 tbsp
*Javitri- 1 tbsp
*Green Cardamom- 15 nos
*Cloves- 1 tbsp
*Tej patta- 8-9 (medium sized)
*Dry red chilies- 4 nos
*Cinnamon sticks- 5 nos (3" stick each)
*Black pepper- 1/2 tbsp
PROCEDURE:
*Dry roast all the spices on medium flame.
*Allow to cool.
*Remove it in the small jar of your mixer.
*Grind it to a fine powder.
*Allow to cool in a cool, dry plate.
*Store in an air-tight glass bottle.
*Store it in the refrigerator for longer shelf-life.
