Falooda is a very delicious, traditional and a comforting dessert. Made
with easily available ingredients and is handy when you have unexpected guests.

INGREDIENTS:
*Full-fat milk- 500 ml
*Sugar- 1 ½ cup
*China grass- 20 gms
*Water- ½ cup
*Condensed milk- ½ cup
*Dry fruits- for decoration, optional
PROCEDURE:
*Wash the china grass and soak in water for 10 mins.
*Take the water and china grass mixture in a sauce pan and cook it
until it melts completely.
*Take care that you keep stirring it continuously.
*Meanwhile, dissolve sugar and condensed milk in milk.
*Pour ½ of the milk mixture in a wide thalli.
*Divide the mixture into thalis depending upon the quantity.
*Now pour similar quantity of the china grass mixture.
*Mix quickly to dissolve, cause china grass sets really fast.
*Mix well quickly.
*Let the plates to cool down to room temperature.
*This dessert sets even without refrigeration, but you can refrigerate it
for a better taste.
