QUICK EGG ROLL (LUNCH BOX RECIPE)

 

No wonder we mothers constantly keep looking for healthy yet tasty lunch box ideas for our fussy kids. This seems like a herculean task. We bring to you quick egg roll. Tasty and easy recipe filled with protein will keep your kids satisfied all afternoon.

Cooking time:5 mins

Serves: 1 (Increase the quantities according to your requirement)

 

INGREDIENTS:

*Chapati- 1 nos

*Eggs- 2nos

*Salt- to taste

*Red chili flakes- 1 tsp

*Finely chopped Coriander leaves- 1 tbsp

*Oil- 1 tbsp

(You can add any toppings, sauces or veggies in the eggs while beating according to your preference)

 


PROCEDURE:

*Whisk eggs with salt, chili flakes and coriander leaves.

*Beat eggs till fluffy.

*Heat oil in a tawa, pour eggs to it.

*Now place the cooked chapatti on it.

*Press and spread the eggs evenly on the chapatti.

*Cook on both sides till eggs are cooked evenly.

*Place the chapatti on a board.

*Roll the chapatti tightly, and carefully cut it into 1’’ slices.

*Easy lunch box egg roll is ready.
