A back-to basics recipe. Easy to make, is tasty and perfect side-dish
to your BIRYANI, CHICKEN FRY, MUTTON CHOPS, etc. Try this easy salad recipe and

INGREDIENTS:
*Onion- 1 (medium sliced, finely sliced)
*Cucumber- 1 (medium sized, finely sliced)
*Mint leaves- 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
*Coriander leaves- 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
*Salt- to taste
*Black pepper powder- ½ tsp
*Maggi masala- 1/4 tsp
*Jeera powder- 1/2 tsp
*Chaat masala- 1/4 tsp
*Lemon juice- 2 tbsp
PROCEDURE:
*Take a large mixing bowl.
*Add all the ingredients in it and toss well.
*Make sure that all the veggies are coated in the masala.
*Check for seasoning and add more salt or pepper if needed.
*Mix well and serve right away as side-dish to your appetizers.
