EGG PUDDING {ANDAY KA MEETHA}

 

Easy to make, doesn’t require fancy ingredients, quick and easy and it tastes yumm. This sweet will definitely save you when you have sudden unexpected guests. Try this and let me know how it turned out.

 


INGREDIENTS:

*Eggs- 6

*Marie biscuits-9 nos {finely powdered}

*Sugar- 1 cup

*Milk- 1 cup {room temperature}

*Yellow food colour- a pinch

*Cardamom- 2 nos

*Dalchini- 1’’ stick

*Almond slivers- 1 tbsp

*Raisins- 1 tbsp

*Ghee- 2 tbsp

*Condensed milk- 1 cup

*Cardamom powder- ½ tsp

 

PROCEDURE:

*In a blender jar, Crack eggs.

*To this add milk, powdered biscuits, sugar, condensed milk and food colour.

*Blend the ingredients until it reaches a smooth consistency.

*Heat a non- stick kadhai, add ghee.

*Fry almond slivers and raisins for a few seconds, remove them and set aside.

*Now add cardamom and dalchini to the same ghee.

*Fry for a few secs.

*Add the blended mixture and stir continuously.

*Take care that if you’re pouring from one hand, you must keep stirring from the other.

*Or else lumps will be formed.

*Now stir continuously till the mixture thickens evenly.

*The mixture should resemble bread crumbs, but it should not be dry.

*Now sprinkle cardamom powder and give it a good mix.

*Remove from heat, sprinkle fried dry fruits \. serve hot.
