Orange Biscuit Cake Without Oven

 


 

INGREDIENTS:

For the cake:

*Orange cream biscuits (I used bounce cookies)- 2 big packets (24 cookies)

*Baking powder- 1 tsp

*Orange essence- 1 tsp

*Milk- ½ cup

 

For the cream:

*Cream removed from the biscuits

*Flavorless oil- 5 tbsp

*Milk powder- 2 tbsp

 

Soaking syrup:

*Sugar- 2 tsp

*Water- 1 tbsp

 

PROCEDURE:

*Take the cookies and separate the cream from the cookie.

*In a food processor, crush biscuits coarsely.

*In a large mixing bowl, add the biscuit crumbs and baking powder. Mix well.

*Now add essence and milk.

*Fold in the batter using cut and fold method. Do not overmix.

*Now pour the batter in a greased and lined tin.

*Place the tin in a preheated kadhai and bake for 20-25 mins on medium to low flame.

*Meanwhile, take the cream which we removed from the cookies.

*Now whisk continuously, adding oil gradually.

*Now add milk powder and whisk adding oil.

*Cream is ready.

*Now remove the cake and cool completely.

*After it cools, sprinkle sugar syrup.

*Spread the cream evenly and decorate according to your taste.

*Orange biscuit cake is ready.
