This easy to make kulcha is
made without tandoor or oven. This kulcha is made without yeast and without
refined flour.

INGREDIENTS:
*Whole wheat flour- 2 cups
*Ghee- 3 tsp
*Baking powder- ¾ tsp
*Baking soda- ½ tsp
*Sugar- 1 tsp
*Curd- ½ cup
*Oil- ½ tsp
*Salt- as per taste
*Water- for kneading
PROCEDURE:
*In a large mixing bowl, add sifted flour.
*Add baking powder, baking soda, sugar and salt.
*Now add ghee and crumble the ghee in the flour, such that it takes shape
when you roll it in your hand.
*Now add curd and mix well.
*Now add water as required and knead a semi- soft dough.
*Now add oil and knead well.
*Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rest for about 3 hrs. minimum
1 hour.
*After 3 hrs, again knead the dough well.
*Divide into equal sized balls.
*Now roll out the balls into thin discs.
*Keep it thin cause it will rise when cooked.
*Now place the kulcha in medium hot pan.
*Flip it after 15 secs. Now apply oil on both side and cook evenly.
*No yeast, no tandoor wheat flour kulcha is ready.
*Serve hot along with palak paneer or kadi patta gosht.
