This easy and healthy dip can be made using minimum and easily
available ingredients. This dip is very tasty and quite easy to prepare. It can
be used as a dip for sheekhs, kababs, and even aloo parathas. Try it, it's
quick and quite different from the usual boring ketchup.
INGREDIENTS:
*1 English cucumber
*1 cup thick curd
*1/4 tsp chaat masala
*1/4 tsp chilli flakes
*1/4 tsp jeera powder
*1/4 tsp black pepper powder
*5-6 cloves garlic
*1 green chilly
*1 tbsp mint leaves
*1 tbsp coriander leaves
*1 tbsp olive oil
*1/4 tsp sugar
* Salt- to taste
PROCEDURE:
*Peel and wash cucumber and dice it.
*Take a blender jar, add all the ingredients and blend it into a smooth
dip.
*Check for seasoning.
*Tastes best when fresh.
