CUCUMBER DIP







This easy and healthy dip can be made using minimum and easily available ingredients. This dip is very tasty and quite easy to prepare. It can be used as a dip for sheekhs, kababs, and even aloo parathas. Try it, it's quick and quite different from the usual boring ketchup.

 

INGREDIENTS:

*1 English cucumber

*1 cup thick curd

*1/4 tsp chaat masala

*1/4 tsp chilli flakes

*1/4 tsp jeera powder

*1/4 tsp black pepper powder

*5-6 cloves garlic

*1 green chilly

*1 tbsp mint leaves

*1 tbsp coriander leaves

*1 tbsp olive oil

*1/4 tsp sugar

* Salt- to taste

 

PROCEDURE:

*Peel and wash cucumber and dice it.

*Take a blender jar, add all the ingredients and blend it into a smooth dip.

*Check for seasoning.

*Tastes best when fresh.
