MASALA UPMA
Ingredients:-
1.
Rava – 1 Cup.
2.
Onion – 1 Finely Sliced.
3.
Pudina – A Few Leaves.
4.
Green Chilies – 3 Or 4
5.
Ginger & Garlic Paste – 2 Tsp.
6.
Red Chili Powder – ½ Tsp.
7.
Boiled Peas and Carrot – ½ Cup.
8.
Chopped Tomatoes – 2
9.
Oil – 2 Tbsp.
10.
Chopped Coriander
11.
Salt to Taste
Method:-
Dry
Roast Rava in a pan; Keep it aside. Heat a frying pan and oil; when it is hot,
add onion and fry oil until translucent. Add Ginger & Garlic Paste and fry
again. Add red chili powder and mix well; add chopped tomatoes and salt. Cook
till tomatoes are mushy. Add Pudina and green chilies; Mix well.
Heat
water with salt in a vessel; allow it to boil. Add Boiled Vegetables sprinkle
salt and mix well. Now add roasted sooji and mix well. Now add boiling water and
stir slowly to avoid lumps. Allow simmering for a minute; sprinkling with
chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
